We aim to empower students to reach their full potential via a high quality and inspiring education and, at the same time, we are devoted to improve young people’s Language Skills through Sport and Elective streams using our Leadership Activation approach to education.

Our method of teaching English as a second language through sport activities and elective streams gives immense benefits to learners. It promotes active learning of the language in any environment and it enhances the intellectual, physical and social development of the students.

We have studied, experienced first-hand and researched over 3 important pillars of education for over 25 years and our findings are wonders that we now love to share with the rest of humanity via our commendable approach to education.

The “Leadership Activation” is an effective approach to teaching and learning English. The method involves 15 students per class, experienced and qualified teachers and coaches, professional tutors and instructors, English lessons in the morning, activities in the afternoon and midweek challenges and excursions.
This is a very effective educational method to experience the best teaching and learning of the English language, which is approved and recognised by the Department of Education and Skills of the majority of governments around the world and it fits perfectly in the continuum and within the standards imposed by ACELS in Ireland, the British council in the UK and worldwide and it is in line with the Oxford English, IELTS and Cambridge English testing systems.
Teaching English as a Second Language through elective topics and activities gives immense benefits to students. It promotes active learning of the language in any environment. This method enhances learning of the English Language and also the intellectual, physical and social development of the learners.
In the classroom, students are encouraged to learn English through a general English course and inspired to discover more about a particular elected subject or activity. Conversations in small groups are always promoted by the teachers so student can interact regarding a specific topic. In addition to a classroom-learning environment, students will be educated in the outdoors or at the sport complex. As result students become more familiar with the vocabulary related to the elective subject or activity selected. In the follow-up period, students will begin to interact and interrelate purposely guided by our coaches and instructors, which promote a perfect and challenging learning environment.
Learners are more expressive in using the English Language after interaction. They are more confident and motivated than when they were in the classroom. As result there is a better social interaction and a sense of teamwork among classmates and definitely an improvement in the use of the English Language.

All ED teachers are university graduates with qualifications in teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) and are respected for their knowledge and professionalism.
Academic methods and structures, schools, English courses, teachers, teaching methods, learning experience, educational programmes are reviewed, inspected, checked to precisely meet the linguistic and organisational standards imposed by ACELS in Ireland and the British Council in the UK. All these elements interconnected are recognised in a whole by the Department of Education and skills of the majority of Governments around the world. The Leadership Activation approach in general, enhances personal abilities, healthy lifestyles and leadership qualities. It is a powerful tool that can change young people’s lives — through a sense of achievement and raising aspirations. And, more importantly, it offers the possibility to meet new people, to see new places and make new experiences. At its core, the Leadership Activation approach can help improve educational performance across all subjects, develop personal and social skills. It also enhances self confidence, improves learning and offers a way of realising individual dreams.
We believe that this is very important for the young generations and we love to offer what we have discovered over the years at the best of our abilities and in an appropriate manner.
ED was established in Ireland as a sister project of Leadership Activation. Initially based in England. ED is becoming a well-known educational institution over the years. At the present, it is operating from various countries worldwide.
