ED Refund Policy
The IELKS refund policy is designed to ensure you are comfortable with the decision that you have made when working with our company.

All refunds will be based upon the following cancellation and refund policy.
Note : All the refunds will be processed within 180 working days after refund request is approved by IELKS.

All webinars, online courses or training or resources are sold on a no refund and no return basis.

All cancellations and terminations must be made in writing via email at admin@ielks.com
Cancellation requests will be responded to within 10 working days. If a refund is approved, it will be transferred within 180 working days of the cancellation refund being approved.
ED Cancellation Policy is as follows:
Bookings may be cancelled up to 3 weeks prior to commencement of course with a 75 Euros administration penalty plus deposit. Where accommodation has been booked an additional 95 Euros penalty applies.
Cancellations received within 20 to 28 days of the arrival date will receive a refund of 75% of the fees paid.
Cancellations received within 15 to 19 days of the arrival date will receive a refund of 50% of the fees paid.
Cancellations received within 14 days of the arrival date will receive a refund of 25% of the fees paid.
There is NO refund for any cancellation once the course has commenced. This includes late arrival, early departure, or days missed during the course.
At least 72 hours is required to cancel an individual lesson without cost. Lessons cancelled with less than 72 hours’ notice will be charged at the full price of the lesson.
A fee of 250 Euros applies to cancellations due to visa refusal (visa refusal documentation required for refunds). Course fees are refunded minus this cancellation fee.
All accommodation cancellations after arrival are non-refundable. The same applies if you have to shorten your stay – payment is non-refundable. No shows, failure to arrive or postponement incurs charges in full from the booking date.
All deposits are non-refundable.
All refunds are subject to a 75 Euros service fee.
ED Cancellation and Refund Policy: Classroom Course or Training and Experiential Learning when Leadership ACT acts as accelerator for other projects.
Cancellation must be made in writing to the Leadership ACT office. The day that notification is received in writing by the Leadership ACT office is the official cancellation day (“Cancellation date”) and the cancellation provisions laid out below will apply.
All cancellations incur a loss of deposit. In addition, the following charges apply and are payable to Leadership ACT by the student.
Cancellation up to working 84 days before the start of the course: loss of deposit only.
Cancellation between 83 and up to 56 working days before the start of the course: Deposit + 10% of the remaining cost of the course and accommodation.
Cancellation between 55 and 31 working days before the start of the course: Deposit + 25% of the remaining cost of the course and accommodation.
Cancellation between 30 and 15 working days before the start of the course: Deposit + 30% of the remaining cost of the course and accommodation.
Cancellation between 14 and 7 working days before the start of the course: Deposit + 50%
Cancellation between 6 and 1 working days before the start of the course: 100% of the remaining balance of the course and accommodation.
No refund shall be given after the day of departure or start of the course.
Course Withdrawals
All withdrawals need to be made in writing via email to admin@ielks.com. If the student wishes to withdraw from their course after arrival at the school, they must inform the Managing Director or Academic Manager explaining their circumstances.
